I chose to use a 3 different colours for the background and text. The 1st set of colours I looked at was the white green and dark grey. I did not like this colour because it looked too dark, but I thought the colours worked well together. The second I looked at was the white light grey and blue colour scheme. I did not like how it looked sort of dull but I thought it worked well with the CV design. The final colour set I looked at was the black grey and orange colour scheme. I thought this set looked nice and clean but once again came off as too dark.

I developed two sets of icons for each colour scheme. After looking at how the colours went together I decided that the blue light grey and white was the best colour scheme to use for it looked the nicest.

When I designed this CV I decided to go with a menu design using categories with explanations attached. I decided on using a star rating on my confidence in my skills for it seemed the easiest way to quickly identify were I think I am strongest and were I think I am weakest. If I were to change anything about my CV I would try and fill more space for I feel like there are a few too many open areas in the CV.
When designing my logo I wanted it to look natural so I gave the outline a hand drawn look. I chose to simply have my name in the circle and used a natural looking font.

When I designed this CV I decided to go with a smart minimalist style. I decided to use a bar rating system for my skill confidence for it looked a lot nicer in the style I used. If I were to change anything about this CV it would be to add some small amounts of colour while keeping the minimalist style.
When designing my logo I wanted it to look sharp. I made it a simple circle to fit the minimalist style and that entered my initial. I edited the text to make it look sharper.
Out of the two finished CVs I chose the minimalist style. I preferred the layout and I felt that I could express myself more through it.
