3D work

The finished product came out looking nice but I encountered some issues with the mechanism being stiff. I feel that this problem will become less relevant after continued use. I could not get the wings to move with the rest of the model for they were too stiff and put too much stress on the mechanism so I did not force it out of fear of it snapping. If I were to make it again I would use some sturdier material like steel instead of the wooden dowel I used. For the wood I used a cherry plywood and cut the model shape by hand with a coping saw.
