I did not do many paper models and intend to work on this and push my self to make more but I found it difficult to transfer my Ideas onto a paper model before going into the crafting process I understand the importance and how it will help give a more accurate representation of size but I did not use this process that often for any of my designs. I do intend to use this process more in the future and will continue to work on my model making skills until I feel confident enough to use it more frequently.

Deconstruction models
When playing with the deconstructed shapes the one I chose to focus on was the padlock design. I liked the layout of the shapes and tried to add a 3D element to it. The first one I found looked a lot like a house and stairs to I quickly scrapped that Idea for I thought it was dull. I then moved onto the idea of folding the parts over. I liked the look of this and felt that it looked like some kind of bus stop design. I made two of these one with a squared roof and another with a curved roof. I liked the squared roof the most for I felt that it had a nice style to it and fitted the design I was looking for.
Wave model

I made this wave model during for the creation of my glass sculpture. After planning to make a wave using I used the paper to help give me a representation of size and how much I can curve the wave over without it tipping. I liked the layout of this and but felt that I would have liked it to curve over more but was unable to do that withe the type of paper I had used.
